No medical advice or treatment relationship
Content is general education. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a personal treatment, establish a clinician-patient relationship, replace a qualified professional, or provide emergency services. Treatment decisions require an appropriate clinical evaluation.
No emergency monitoring
Do not use this site to report suicidal thoughts, self-harm, danger, abuse, or another emergency. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. For 24/7 crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.
Provider information
A provider-submitted profile reflects information supplied by the practice unless specific independent checks are displayed. A listing is not endorsement, ranking, a guarantee of quality, or proof that a provider is appropriate for a particular patient. Confirm current license, network status, availability, services, and treatment setting directly.
Professional submissions
Submitters must be authorized to provide the information and must not include patient information, confidential records, deceptive claims, fake credentials, copied testimonials, or unlawful content. Submission does not guarantee publication, verification, rank, placement, or contact.
Sponsorship and paid services
Microsites, enhanced presentation, sponsorship, software, or professional digital services may be paid. Paid placement must be disclosed. Payment does not buy verification, editorial approval, endorsement, or superiority.
Accuracy and updates
Medical knowledge, product labels, provider status, insurance, availability, and regulations change. We aim to cite and update important information but cannot guarantee every page or external listing is complete or current.
