Effective July 9, 2026. This Phase 1 website provides education and is preparing to accept limited professional practice information. It does not provide patient accounts, intake, screening, messaging, treatment, or crisis monitoring.

LA Digital Systems, represented by Domenico Savatta, is the privacy and retention owner. A monitored contact is now published, but the remaining security and workflow approvals must be completed before broad provider recruitment or production submissions open.
Information we intentionally do not request
Do not submit patient names, diagnoses, symptoms, medication history, PHQ-9 or GAD-7 answers, suicidality details, medical records, insurance identifiers, government IDs, payment-card information, or other clinical information. If health information is identified in a professional submission, it should be isolated and deleted rather than used for directory or sales activity.
Professional practice submissions
The practice form may collect a practice name, professional category, contact person, business email, business phone, website, public business locations, optional NPI, services offered, participation interests, consent versions, and submission status. It is used to review the practice, prevent automatic publication, contact the submitter, and evaluate optional professional services.
How submissions are protected
Submissions are sent to a server-side database. The public API does not expose a read endpoint and profiles are not automatically published. Access is limited to authorized Advanced Depression Care and LA Digital Systems operators assigned to moderation or platform administration.
Unpublished submissions are scheduled for deletion within 180 days unless the practice remains in an active review conversation, requests earlier deletion, or retention is required for security or legal reasons. Final access, deletion, incident handling, and vendor procedures must be approved before production intake opens.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, scrolling, outbound links, video engagement, and file downloads. Site-search tracking and automatic form-interaction tracking are disabled. The site does not send form bodies, names, email addresses, phone numbers, symptoms, diagnoses, medication details, or other health details to Analytics.
Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google Signals are disabled. This launch does not include advertising pixels, retargeting, session-replay software, patient chat, or a symptom tracker. Google processes limited technical and usage information under its own privacy terms.

Links to government resources, professional directories, treatment locators, insurers, and practices lead to separate services with their own privacy practices. Advanced Depression Care does not control those services.

For a correction, deletion, or privacy question, email info@bknddevelopment.com. This is a monitored launch contact for Advanced Depression Care. Do not email patient names, symptoms, diagnoses, medical records, crisis information, or other protected health information. This inbox is not a clinical service or crisis channel.
Emergency limit
This site is not monitored for crisis messages. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. For 24/7 crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.
