What happens when you call or send a request
Labyrinth says its staff contact you to arrange a time, and that sending the request does not confirm an appointment.
- Keep health details for the visit. Labyrinth asks people not to put diagnoses, symptoms, medications, or treatment history in its request form. Name, contact details, and the kind of help you want are enough.
- It starts with an evaluation. Labyrinth describes its work as adult psychiatric care and lists TMS therapy, SPRAVATO® (esketamine), and medication management among its services. It describes TMS as offered after an individual evaluation and SPRAVATO as clinically supervised treatment and monitoring.
- Ask about insurance before the first visit. Labyrinth lists Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, TRICARE, UnitedHealthcare / Oxford, and says the list is not a guarantee of coverage.
